Itinerary

Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station.
Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome.
Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a complimentary stay.
Indulge in a delicious dinner included.
Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra.
Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact breifing time will be shared on the arrival day)
During this session, your tour coordinator will provide important details about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags for carrying your luggage.

Arrival in Kedarnath: Reach the Kedarnath region, known for its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow- capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage sites in the Chardham Yatra.
Helicopter Transfer: After being transferred from Dehradun, you will fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there, you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.
VIP Darshan at Kedarnath: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine rituals and serenity of this sacred site.
Return Transfer: You will be taken back from the Kedar Top Helipad to Kedar Basecamp Helipad. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next stage of your journey.
Stay at Kedar Basecamp: After darshan, you will be transferred to the Kedar Basecamp for a comfortable stay.

Travel to Badrinath: On the third day of your Dodham journey, depart from Kedarnath basecamp and head towards Badrinath. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of deep valleys and majestic Himalayan peaks.
Arrival at Badrinath: Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our handlers will assist with your transfer to the hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch.
VIP Darshan at Badrinath: After settling in, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan, experiencing the divine rituals at this holiest of shrines.
Explore Mana Village: Post darshan, take the opportunity to explore Mana Village, the first village on the Indian side of the Indo-Tibetan border. Visit the Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa (cave), Bheem Pul (bridge) and the origin point of the Saraswati River, rich in history and mythology.
Evening at Leisure: End your day by returning to your hotel for a comfortable stay and a delicious dinner, reflecting on your journey through the Valley of Lord Narayan. Prepare for the final day of your Dodham Yatra.

Breakfast: After breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan for blessings. If we take off early, you might miss breakfast.
Return Flight to Dehradun: Fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and cherished memories of your Dodham Yatra by helicopter.
Arrival in Dehradun: Upon arrival at Dehradun, we will collect your luggage from the hotel and provide a comfortable transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand, as per your departure timings.
Tour Conclusion: The tour concludes once we drop you at your departure point within Dehradun, marking the end of your memorable Dodham Yatra.

Cancellation Policy:

Within 30 Days: 80% refund of the total package cost
Within 20 Days: 50% refund of the total package cost
Within 15 Days: Non-Refundable
Rescheduling Dates: Extra 20% of the total package cost
Note: 30% is nonrefundable in any case, and 80% of the total package cost will be refunded only if the entire package cost has been paid.

Payment Policy:

Travellers may make payments in two installments.
The first installment, taken as registration fees, will be ₹300 per person (non-refundable).
The remaining payment must be submitted at least 5 days before your travel date, covering the total package amount.
Payment Options: UPI / Bank Transfer / or any other Payment Method.

Terms & Conditions:

One may consider their booking as done, only after submission of application carrying their consent along with the registration fee.
Our itinerary consists places of high altitude, thus may vary as per the weather conditions.
Accommodating capacities of the accommodations will be subject to the size of the rooms and their availability, also air-conditioned rooms are not added in the itinerary due to presence of hilly regions in the package.
Please note that AC packages consist of AC trains only (to & from), accommodations and road transfers won't be served with AC, other than what is mentioned in the package.
Don't forget to carry your identity cards while travelling by train, as Railway tickets are non-transferable and could be used by you only.
This tour consists of locations and areas where nature is still raw and it is important to conserve them, which everyone must keep in mind and avoid any littering activity.
The organizers might modify, amend or delay the schedule and sites of the itinerary, looking at the safety of the guests according to the weather conditions of the moment.
Travel insurance is not included in the package.
The organizer/camp in-charge are well-trained and experienced personnel, thus carry rights for seating and other arrangements during the transfer.
Any kind of misbehavior won't be entertained, which can lead to detention of the candidate.
